What is SiteForCare?
SiteForCare.com is a free National Directory of Child Care Providers. Our focus is to help parents find quality day care centers in their local area. We encourage our parents to rate their experience with our providers, to help you choose a daycare provider who is right for you.
How do I use SiteForCare?
SiteForCare is designed for both Parents looking for child care and Providers looking to advertise their child care services. You can find detailed instructions on how to use our site by visiting the How it works page.
Is there a membership fee?
If you are a Parent searching for child care, membership is FREE! Simply provide us with a valid name and email address and you will be able to review and contact any daycare provider who is a member of SiteForCare.
If you are a Daycare Provider, we have several advertising plans to choose from. You can choose a free plan which displays your business name and basic contact information, or choose one of our paid membership plans which gives you access to our upgraded features like an About Me section, the ability to upload photos & videos, add references, utilize our online daycare management software, easy-to-use website builder and more! You can read detailed information on our membership plans by visiting our "ign Up" page and choosing "Provider" from the drop down menu.

How do I change my password?
Log in to your Siteforcare account with your email and current password. Click on the My Account link at the top of the Home page. Click on the Change My Password link in the left menu bar. Be sure to click Save Changes when you are finished.
I have lost my password and I can't sign in. How do I retrieve it?
If you have lost your password, click on the Sign In link at the top of the Siteforcare Home page. Next to the Login button there is a link titled Reset Password. Click on this link and you will be asked to enter the email address you used when you registered your account. An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I change my email address?
Log in to your Siteforcare account with your email and current password. Click on the My Account link at the top of the Home page. Click on the My Personal Details link in the left menu bar. Be sure to click Save Changes when you are finished.
How can I contact you?

Be sure to include your name, contact email and/or phone and a detailed question. Siteforcare support is available Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. We will return your email within 2 business days.
PARENTS - Find Child Care
How do I use the day care search filter?
You can use the day care search filter to narrow your daycare provider results. For instance, if you are only looking for a commercial Daycare Center then you would check the box next to Daycare Center and then click Refine Results. Your list of results will only contain members that are registered as a licensed Daycare Center. If you are looking for an SAHM (Single At Home Mom) who is available on Saturdays then you would check the box next to SAHM and the box next to Saturday and then click Refine Search. Your list of results will only contain members who are Single At Home Moms that are available to provide child care on Saturdays.
Why can't I see the daycare provider's contact information?
You must be a registered member of SiteForCare in order to view contact information for daycare provider members. Registration is FREE and easy. Simply click the [Sign Up] link at the top of the page and choose Parent from the drop down menu. Once you are logged in you will be able to access detailed provider information.
What is Google Streetview?
Google's Streetview is a technology featured in Google Maps and Google Earth that allows you to see a panoramic view of the mapped area from various positions. When this feature is available, you can see a detailed panoramic view the daycare center's or daycare provider's location.
Why can't I see a Streetview for the daycare provider?
Streetview is a service provided by Google Maps and is not available in all areas. You can use the regular Google maps view or satellite view, to the right of the Google Streetview, to determine the daycare provider's location.
How do I leave a review for a daycare provider?
You must be logged into your Siteforcare account to leave a review. Once you are logged in simply search for the daycare center or provider and click on their daycare name to view additional information. Once you are on the detailed provider listing page, there is a link to "Write a Review" on the right. Once you have written your review, be sure to click on the Submit button.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we do not accept Paypal, purchase orders, checks or phone orders.
How do I view my daycare business listing once I have submitted it to Siteforcare?
Log in to your Siteforcare account with your registered email and password. You will be taken to your My Account page upon login. Click on the My Home Page link in the left menu.
My daycare is listed on your site but I need to update the information. How do I claim my listing?
Click on the name of your daycare to view detailed information. On the Summary page there is a link to the left of the page that says "Claim this Listing".
How do I update my daycare listing information?
Log in to your Siteforcare account with your registered email and password. You will be taken to your My Account page upon login. Click on the Update My Listing link in the left menu. You can also add references, update your schedule, view your listing, and more from your My Account page.
How do I find out about day care licensing in my state?
You can visit our day care licensing page to find phone numbers, emails, and web site links for day care licensing information in your state.
I would like to add referrals to my daycare listing, how do I request a referral from a former client?
Log in to your Siteforcare account with your registered email and password. You will be taken to your My Account page upon login. Click on the Add References link in the left menu. Enter the Full Name, Email and Phone number of the client you wish to request a reference from. Add a message for your reference.
I am no longer accepting new children. How do I change let parents know?
Log in to your Siteforcare account with your registered email and password. You will be taken to your My Account page upon login. Click on the Update My Listing link in the left menu. Towards the bottom of the page there is a question which states "Are you currently enrolling?" Change this answer to No and click Save Changes.
