These terms of use specify an agreement between Site for Care and users of the Site for Care website.  Please read them.

1. This agreement is legally binding.  Any use of the site constitutes your agreement to these terms.  The terms of agreement may be modified by Site for Care and any use at that time constitutes agreement to the current terms.

2. The purpose of this site is to connect people seeking child care with people and organizations providing child care.  Any other use is prohibited.  Site for Care reserves the right to terminate an account without notice, ban further use without notice, remove posted information without notice, and may assess monetary damages where a user is found to violate these terms.  In particular, a user may not post or solicit information for any other purpose, and may not copy information here and post it on another website.  You must be age 18 years or older use this site.

3. Site for Care specifically prohibits posting false and misleading information.  Site for Care specifically prohibits advertising anything except child care services.

4. Site for Care agrees not to expose or to distribute private user information to other individuals or organizations, except for the purpose of operating the website.  Site for Care may cause cookies to be stored on the computer of each users and the responsibility of the user to protect from distribution any information contained therein.  Site for Care denies responsibility for harm caused by a user posting information in public areas.

5. Site for Care specifically denies responsibility for harm caused by any user posting false and misleading information.  Site for Care does not endorse any organization and does not vouch for the accuracy of any posted information.  Site for Care provides a venue for communication and nothing more.  It is up to seeker of child care to evaluate the information posted on the site.
